How to return your order

You may return your Elite Pro Sports purchase(s) within 28 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. Without a receipt (or other proof of purchase), or if the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Elite Pro Sports will not accept the returned items.

Elite Pro Sports will only accept returns from purchase(s) that have been made directly from If your item(s) have been purchased via one of our authorized retailers, please see the information at the bottom of the page for further information.

All Personalised Items are non-returnable and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear & face masks. All Gift Vouchers/E-Gift Cards are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any order returned must include a completed Elite Pro Sports Returns Form.

We strongly recommend that customers use a recorded, trackable service to return items as Elite Pro Sports accepts no responsibility for returned items which are lost or stolen in the post.

Please note that we will not refund exchange/return postage costs. In certain circumstances only where it is deemed the fault of Elite Pro Sports Retail for the exchange/refund of an item, the cost of postage to return the original item(s) may be refunded to the customer. If you feel this is applicable to you, please enclose a receipt of postage. Without a receipt of postage, no refund of postage will be given.

Personalised orders

All Personalised items are non-returnable. A return will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or printed incorrectly. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt has been printed, including if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.


Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days, and at the latest within 28 days of receiving returned item(s).


If an exchange is required, it will be sent back to the customer via standard delivery within 10 working days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Defective Products

For Elite Pro Sports, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned damaged products are inspected by Elite Pro Sports Management and refunded/replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Please note the life expectancy of any Elite Pro Sports product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Elite Pro Sports products damaged by normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence, have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not refunded/replaced.

Returns Purchased from An Authorized Outlet

If you have purchased an Elite Pro Sports product from one of our authorized retailers you are required to return you purchase to the retailer that the purchase was originally made. Please be aware each retailer has their own specific return policies and requirements for returns. This includes all purchases including faulty items.
